Refund Policy

Last updated 1 August 2026

DRAFT — not yet reviewed by counsel. The factual sections describe how the software actually behaves. Sections marked below are not written and are not binding on anyone.

Thirty days from a charge

Any charge can be refunded on request within thirty days of that charge. It is counted from the payment, not from when you first subscribed, so a subscription in its ninth month still has its most recent payment covered.

How to ask

Write to us. There is no form to fill in and no reason to give.

If a refund fails

A refund that Stripe rejects is queued for a person rather than dropped, and the queue is monitored. A failure on their side does not become your problem to chase.

Cancelling

Cancel any time. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for, and nothing renews after it.

If a payment fails

You are emailed rather than cut off. Three messages over ten days, then the subscription lapses to the free plan — your data stays.

Statutory rights

To be written by counsel.

Nothing in this refund policy reduces the rights the law gives you as a consumer. Where a mandatory right applies — for example an EU/UK consumer's right of withdrawal, or a Mexican consumer's rights under the LFPC — that right applies on top of anything offered here, and the more favourable one wins.

Mexico — Profeco

To be written by counsel.

Consumers in Mexico may seek the Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (Profeco) for any dispute about a charge or refund; the rights under the LFPC apply regardless of this policy. ⟦Counsel to confirm the mandatory refund timeframes and disclosures for a digital subscription sold to Mexican consumers, and any CFDI adjustment required when a refund is issued.⟧
