Why you can trust the numbers

Every claim here is something you could check in the software rather than something we are asking you to believe.

We never hold your marketplace logins

There is no API key, no OAuth grant and no password for eBay, Amazon, Mercado Libre or anywhere else. Numarico cannot list, cancel, refund or read anything in your name. It reads the export files you choose to give it, and that is the whole connection.

Buyer names and addresses are dropped before they land

Amazon’s transaction report carries the buyer’s town, region and postcode. Those columns are blanked before any row is parsed, so they are never stored. Data that never enters the system is data nobody has to remember to purge.

Your card never reaches us

Stripe hosts the payment page and holds the card. Our servers see a customer id and a subscription status, never a card number.

Every fee rate says where it came from

Each rate is tagged as published by the platform, from official documents, corroborated from third parties, or supplied by you. Anything weaker than the platform’s own page renders a badge and can be overridden — because a number you cannot check is a number you should not price against.

Money is never a floating-point number

Every amount is an integer count of cents with its currency attached. Formatting refuses to render pesos as dollars rather than silently doing it, which is why the Mexican calculator cannot quietly understate a price by seventeen times.

Fee tables are versioned and dated

A figure computed last March records which fee table it used, so re-running that month still reconciles after the rates change. Restating history quietly is how bookkeeping software loses an audit.

Your data leaves as easily as it arrives

It came in as CSV and it goes out as CSV. Nothing here is designed to make leaving expensive.

Deletion means deletion

Ask and the account and its books are removed, not flagged as inactive.
