DRAFT — not yet reviewed by counsel. The factual sections describe how the software actually behaves. Sections marked below are not written and are not binding on anyone.
What we collect
Your email address, the business details you enter, and the contents of the sales files you upload. Nothing else is gathered about you.
The files you upload
Sales exports contain order ids, dates, prices and fees. Where an export also carries a buyer name or address — Amazon’s does — those columns are blanked before anything reads the row, so they are never stored. Data that never enters the system is data nobody has to remember to delete.
We never connect to your selling accounts
There is no API key, no OAuth grant and no password for eBay, Amazon, Mercado Libre or any other marketplace. Numarico cannot list, cancel, refund or read anything on your behalf. It reads files you chose to give it.
Who else touches it
Stripe processes payments and holds your card details; we never see a card number. Our hosting and database providers store the data at rest. Google Analytics measures which pages are visited and which buttons are pressed, so we can tell what is worth building next — it never receives your books, your sales files, your email address or any identifier for you, and the settings you put in a calculator link are stripped from the address before it is recorded. Nothing here is sold, and no advertising broker receives any of it.
How long it is kept
Your books are kept while your account exists, because accounting records lose their point when they stop covering prior years.
Deleting it
You can ask for your account and its data to be deleted, and it is deleted rather than deactivated.
Your rights
To be written by counsel.
You can access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, export it, or object to a given use. In Mexico these are your ARCO rights (Acceso, Rectificación, Cancelación, Oposición) under the LFPDPPP; residents of the EU/UK and of California have equivalent rights under the GDPR and CCPA. Most of this you can do yourself in the app — your books export as CSV, and deleting your account removes your data (see Data retention). For anything else, contact us using the details below and we'll respond within the period the applicable law requires.
