Frequently asked questions
What happens to the price after the founder period?
Nothing, for you. The founder price stays at $9/mo for as long as you keep the account. Anyone joining at launch pays $19/mo.
Which marketplaces are supported?
eBay, Mercado Libre, Mercari, Poshmark and Whatnot, all by CSV import today. Mercado Libre works in every country it operates in, not only Mexico.
How do imports work?
Export your sales from the platform and drop the file in. We show you exactly what will be written — which columns matched, which fees are estimates, and which orders are already in your books — before anything is saved.
Is my data safe?
Your books are yours. Imports need no account access and no developer key, and nothing is written until you have seen it.
What happens when the founder seats run out?
The founder price closes on 1 October 2026, or when the last seat goes — whichever comes first. After that the price is $19/mo.
Does it handle Mexican taxes?
Numarico shows the IVA and ISR that Mercado Libre withholds as their own lines, separately from your profit, because a withholding is tax you owe anyway rather than a cost of the sale. It is bookkeeping, not tax advice.
